Description We are welcoming a diligent Office Clerk to our team in Broadlands, Virginia. The chosen candidate will be integral to our operations, handling responsibilities that include but are not limited to processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This role also requires the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries related to credit and to monitor customer credit accounts for any potential issues.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit information.

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and flag any potential issues.

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers.

• Comply with legal requirements and understand the implications of certain decisions.

• Apply knowledge of renewable energy and energy services in daily operations.

• Utilize Juris Doctor degree knowledge in resolving complex cases.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. Requirements • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Demonstrated understanding of renewable energy and energy services

• Proficiency in office management software, including MS Office and Google Workspace

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage and process high volumes of paperwork accurately

• Ability to adhere to office policies and procedures

• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
