Web Development and Marketing II is responsible for managing translated marketing content including new product launches, assisting with the strategy of translations of content, and supporting the publishing process. This role will work closely with the regional stakeholders needing translated content as well as the technical team to access/resolve any technical challenges while maintaining translations workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture. This position will contribute to the content strategy goals of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs content management activities within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives

  • Becomes intimately familiar with content requests

  • Works to ensure timely updates working with various marketing technology tools such as the Digital Asset Manager and Translations web-based technology

  • Analyzes and evaluates content to present cost saving formatting and translations opportunities

  • Proactively generates ideas, handles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines for requested tasks

  • Teams with Regional Reviewers to ensure translations are completed in a timely fashion

  • Collaborates with broader Digital Team and Portfolio Team to measure and report performance of all content and assets against goals

  • Identifies trends and insights, and suggest optimizations

  • Support s other key marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology, Media/Journalism or a related field Preferred

  • 2-4 years of work experience in marketing or related field

  • Formal Project management experience is preffered

    Excellent follow up skills

  • Ability to work within matrix organization, with direct and in-direct management

  • Tolerance for business ambiguity; the ability to thrive under quickly changing situations; adaptable, with ability to meet short turnaround times

  • Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time

  • Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot within content management systems and online web tools

  • Embodies Zebra's corporate culture principles

  • Previous agency experience is a plus
