Summary:

This position is for a Technical Project Manager in NetSuite’s “On Time High Quality" team. As a key member of the team, you will manage projects aimed at ensuring NetSuite Deployments are On Time and High Quality. You will collaborate with Cloud Operations teams to build process improvement projects and drive execution, while working with teams spanning across different regions including Europe, US and South America.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand current software deployment processes in the organization

  • Track and manage progress, risks, and dependencies of project deliverables

  • Provide project status updates to relevant stakeholders

  • Conduct monthly software release retrospectives

  • Track and publish key release metrics to Cloud Ops organization

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a technical or project manager role

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Experience with SDLC at a SaaS product development including CI/CD principles

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence

  • Ability to work in a multi-site global and diverse team

  • Must be comfortable mitigating team conflict and resolving communication or other problems within the project team
