Overview

Join us in well-established team Infrastructure: Core Services at Oracle NetSuite in Brno. As a Java Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs and more within Oracle NetSuite's ecosystem. The team is developing middleware layer on backends built upon state-of-the-art technologies, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Open-source technologies.

You will directly impact how our entire application operates and be focused on shaping the architecture and functionality of our core systems. Expect challenges in security, reliability and scalability. Joining Oracle NetSuite means collaborating with industry-leading experts.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in Web development, Java, Python and Linux

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and methodologies

• Knowledge of standard IT security concepts

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
