As a member of the Knowledge Systems Team within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit, this position is responsible for working on exciting projects to deliver next generation help and user assistance products for Customer Success employees as well as the Oracle NetSuite customer base. We are looking for talented developer who will work on evolution and implementation of User Assistance features. You will closely work with a Lead Developer and Knowledge Analysts to evolve our Service Management Cloud application. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs making use of Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Chatbot which will provide customer facing chatbot support services to the Oracle NetSuite GBU customer base.

• Creates algorithms, codes and functionalities User Assistance systems (chatbot, knowledge base platform) and their integration with communication systems (Slack)

• Works closely with your fellow Software Engineers through the whole development cycle

• Helps to resolve challenging architecture and coding tasks as well as participates in code reviews

• Creates enhancements within existing software architecture and suggests improvements

• Builds modern UX/UI of chatbot and knowledge base systems

• Participates in company-wide projects focused on user assistance, system integrations, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field or achievement of recognized professional level

• At least 1 year of software engineering/programming or related experience (Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP) plus any OOP language welcomed (e.g. Java)

• Knowledgeable in development of Chatbots, AI and Machine Learning areas

• Orientation in Knowledge Base and Conversational Systems

• Understanding of Web Development and implementation of dynamic UIs

• Proficiency on working with APIs (REST and /or SOAP)

• Strong technical acumen, creativity, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
