Oracle Junior Program Manager EMEA Product Management - fresh graduate in BRNO, Czech Republic
Job Description
As a Program Manager Intern – EMEA Product Management, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing on strategic projects within the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Manager, International Product Management, you will also act as the customer representative in interactions with the product team, defining the solution scope and collaborating with various cross-functional teams across the globe on the delivery of new product initiatives and strategic release processes.
Responsibilities:
Support a focused portfolio of projects that support the Oracle NetSuite key strategic goals
Drive program tasks forward in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Define and execute on pilot program tasks
Manage various program workstreams and contribute across the program
Provide input, guidance and mitigation proposals for risk and issue management
Own regular program reporting readouts to key stakeholders and steering committees
Identify and work with local partners (SDN team) to deliver country-specific integrated product offerings leveraging the SuiteCloud platform and related technologies, and the Managed Localisation Program activities
Present at Internal Stakeholder Meetings
Review and Localize Program Launch Presentations
Contribute to Country Product Marketing and Localized Messaging
Contribute to NetSuite Newsletter and other company communications
Advise/Consult on complex/strategic prospect opportunities
Act as the link between HQ, development offices and our local sales offices for Strategic Initiatives
Attend Key Prospect Meetings
Understand and engage the relevant internal and external stakeholders to support product initiatives, the sales organization and customer interactions
Qualifications:
An appreciation of product development lifecycle and processes
Project Management/Program Management background and experience would be nice to have
Excellent communication and cross functional teamwork skills
Superior analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently
Strong customer and business focus
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
