Our group

At Physical Failure Analysis group (PFA), we develop and maintain the software for automation of operation of Scanning Electron Microscopes. Our solution is essential for our customers from semiconductor industry to identify errors in the production of semiconductor components and advance their research and production, to make them more robust, reliable, energy efficient.

We are looking for a Software Test Supervisor in our PFA Team. Would you like to accept a change and join a new team in a well-established international company? Would you be willing to take over the responsibility for leading a team which is responsible for testing of software that performs automation of the scanning electron microscope with a nanometer precision and allows development of the worlds smallest chips and memory modules?

Responsibilities:

  • Participating on all phases of product development cycle as SQA engineer.

  • Support agile team in collaboration, problem solving, so that team can deliver high quality, innovative software on time.

  • Develop and sustain relationships with vendors and joint development partners that support and accelerate the team’s development activities.

  • Guard the software quality, development processes and their implementation in the organisation.

  • Verifying accurate functionality of product features

  • Verifying bug fixes

  • Maintaining test scenario documentation

  • Developing automated test procedures

  • Preparing SQA recommendation reports

  • Identify risks during execution and help with their mitigation.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field required

  • 3+ years in agile software development

  • Experience with software development process

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to use data and metrics to identify and address problems and drive continuous improvement

  • Focus on quality and robustness

  • Python expertise

  • Desire and ability to work in an international context and diverse R&D team that is multi-disciplinary

  • Highly motivated teammate with a strong desire for continuous learning and broadening knowledge base.
