Cornerstone Dental Lab Tech Support in Bristol, Pennsylvania
Primary Responsibilities & Functions:
Helps with problem phone calls- trouble shooting
Check BIRD DOG daily (Dental Alert System)
Dental Clarification calls -- Technical support calls -- impressions, call notes, further instructions, etc.
Remanufacture / Reschedule cases
Initiate Case Eval calls for technicians
Following up on HOLD cases
Back up for international correspondence
Answer Phones
Other duties as assigned

*Education & Experience Necessary: *
- Dental Knowledge and Background
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- EVO trained.
- Advanced skills in entry
- Multi-tasking.
Attention to detail. Extreme organizational skills.

Lift up to 25 lbs.
