Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Trainer to join our dynamic Maidorganic cleaning team. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that ensure our staff is highly skilled in delivering top-notch, eco-friendly cleaning services. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Implement and revise comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
Curriculum Management: Revise training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules, ensuring all content aligns with Maidorganics standards and values.
Hands-On Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach proper cleaning techniques, use of eco-friendly products, and customer service skills.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess trainees' performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure consistent application of cleaning standards and protocols across all teams.
Staff Development: Mentor and coach cleaning staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Reporting: Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on training outcomes and staff performance to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a training or supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in training, education, or a related field are a plus.
Non-smoking environment (including vaping)
Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm
Only 3 weekends required per year
Ability to perform physical work typical of janitorial operations

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and software
Knowledge: Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and practices is preferred.
