POSITION SUMMARY

Begin your journey wish us as a Food & Beverage Attendant at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be required to assist the Food & Beverage management team with daily operations in the venues and functions. Your role will involve daily tasks including: welcoming and addressing guest needs, maintaining workplace cleanliness, completing opening and closing tasks, adhering to operation standards and processes and delivering genuine and high-quality service.

Who you are and what you need:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multitask and prioritise jobs

• Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)

• Possess good computer & numeracy skills

• Must have passion & attitude with keen attention to detail
