About the Role

The Digital Content Operations Coordinator will oversee digital content creation, management, and optimisation to support organisational goals. You will analyse content workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance digital content effectiveness.

Furthermore, you will be also responsible for ensuring any product/content information is accurately communicated to customers and is reflective of rolling updates, e.g., managing and maintaining platform Master Content Lists and ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, a proactive approach balanced with an ability to address any issues with content that arise on internal systems and be able to follow up with internal stakeholders or escalate to senior management where appropriate will be critical to the success of this role.

Reporting to the Head of Content Strategy, this is a permanent Full-time role based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital content operations and maintenance workflows across various platforms, including digital asset ingestion processes

  • Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to ensure correct content availability on various digital products and packages

  • Complete all monthly tasks such as updates to Master Content Lists for Clinical Skills, ClinicalKey platforms (all versions), Clinical Overview reviews etc.

  • Collaborate with Content teams and local SMEs on content strategy, development and planning across local digital products to support business objectives

  • Analyse digital content workflows and identify areas for improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content development and management

Requirements

  • Understanding of print and digital content publishing workflows, including digital file creation and platform maintenance with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Be proficient in using content management systems and digital marketing tools

  • Experience in working with tickets and cases within solutions such as JIRA

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple content workflows

  • Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand tertiary education market, ideally healthcare education (nursing, medical)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with solutions-focused approach to all tasks

  • Able to understand interoperability of different systems and workflows to deliver a solution.
