Your role:

• In this 6-months internship, you will contribute and gain invaluable knowledge and insight to the operational and financial success of the ANZ Customer Service Team, while assisting with team activities and learning about various roles and processes. You will be tasked with identifying a process improvement and/or new customer facing tools to help us improve and show the value of the service we provide.

• As a member of the ANZ Customer Service Team you will provide proactive customer communications, helping the team to monitor and action requests received via phone, CRM and our customer portal, to identify ways of improving our response times, overall communication, and help improve our customers’ experience

• You will be actively involved in team projects which will contribute to operational improvements and customer satisfaction as well as supporting with reporting review by our Operations Mangers in customer meetings.

You're the right fit if:

• You are currently enrolled in at least the 2nd year of bachelor’s degree studies and have a desire to learn more about the Healthcare industry.

• Have effective communications skills and consider yourself to be a problem solver.

• You are proactive and eager to learn and develop, as well as being an active contributor to the team and projects.

• You enjoy a fast-paced environment and providing great customer interactions.
