Express Employment Professionals Floor Coordinator in Brighton, Michigan
Express Employment is partnering with a leading packaging company to find a Floor Coordinator. In this role, coordinators will help manage the movement of parts from tables, including stacking and wrapping, under the direction of their team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain your workstation.
Read and understand job travelers and specifications.
Familiarize yourself with common parts and their uses.
Perform basic math calculations.
Track the number of parts on each pallet.
Identify inconsistencies and defects in parts.
Maintain cleanliness by managing scrap materials.
Efficiently palletize parts.
Support 2-3 trimmers as needed.
Ensure trimmers have an organized and clear workspace.
Securely wrap pallets.
Shift Hours:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 9 PM - 5 AM
Candidates must have reliable transportation, as the company is not accessible via the bus line in the Brighton area.
