Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Brighton, CO

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure seamless operations. Pay:

• $33.00/hr - $40.00/hr (based on experience with opportunities for advancement)

Shift:

• 2x2x3, 5:30 PM - 5:00 AM

• Must be open to working on weekends

• Schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus

• Proficiency with hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting

• Ability to read blueprints

Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician will perform mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules accurately and on time

• Responding to reactive maintenance needs

• Taking initiative in performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

• Hands-on working knowledge of single and 3-phase industrial electricity and machine repair

Work Environment:

• Train on day shift, then move to night shift

• Training lasts 2-3 weeks

• Work with lead technicians during training

• Hands-on training, 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday starting at 5:30 AM
