Aerotek is hiring an experienced Painter for a fabrication shop!

Position: Painter

Shift: 1st shift

Pay: $19/hr

Description:

• Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment.

• Operate hand-held spray guns or other mechanized painting or product coating equipment.

• Paint small items or apply touch-ups using paint brushes.

• Operate and/or use related equipment and tools including forklifts, hoists, slings, grinders (portable & bench), hand tools, and tape measure.

• Complete preventive maintenance requirements to keep equipment operational.

• Follow manufacturers' instructions, troubleshoot malfunctions, call for repairs, and complete daily check sheets.

• Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, blueprints, work instructions, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of industrial painting experience

• 6 months grinding experience

• Experience using a spray gun and reading blueprints

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
