SVP Global Infrastructure & Operations

This position can be located in New York, NY, Bridgewater NJ, or Amsterdam, NL (EU).

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will be part of the IT Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the CTIO. As part of the IT Senior Leadership Team, the SVP of Global Infrastructure & Operations is a key stakeholder in the development of the IT strategy, strategic project review, innovation goals to aid in futureproofing the organization, as well identify and mentoring high potential talent across IT. This role will develop and drive the strategies for: our compute platforms (both on-premises and Cloud), global network, end user experience, and service delivery, including operations, monitoring and operations. This position will ensure PVH has a robust, modern and agile infrastructure to support the business’ growth and will focus on the right investments to deliver best value and best service.

The SVP of Global Infrastructure & Operations will be responsible for Future-proofing our infrastructure and network landscape as well as the develop our disaster recovery strategy and well as be the point person on disaster recovery execution when needed. The SVP of Global I&O will be a key partner to the regional IT leadership – Americas, Asia and Europe – as well as the Global Applications leadership. The SVP of I&O will lead the Global I&O team, in the head offices as well as the regional functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Set the mission, strategy, and roadmap of the Infrastructure & Operations organization in order to foster a business-oriented culture, prioritize resources and drive continual service improvement

  • Define Network standards for PVH, across all sites and locations around the world; build, manage and implement roadmap and coordinate investments.

  • Develop I &O global roles that will reside in each region – Asia / Australia, Europe and Americas; as well as develop strategy for regional roles and responsibilities for Global Network

  • Responsible for setting up best in class Service Delivery organization, focusing on business needs first.

  • Define and implement a modern and flexible end user experience strategy that focuses on providing frictionless technology solutions for all PVH employees.

  • Build a customer centric first global / regional framework to allow for Global I&O standards with regional flexibility to adapt for each region / country and market.

  • In partnership with Regional IT leads, outline key resource skills needed to future-proof organization – allowing for agile mindset to be adopted in setting up infrastructure.

  • Define hosting (SaaS, cloud and on Prem) strategy, in partnership with applications teams to determine the most cost effective and service friendly way to host PVH solutions.

  • In partnership with the rest of the IT Leadership define skills / roles requirements to provide 99.999% systems available

  • Act as a trusted advisor, build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs.

  • As a member of the IT senior leadership team, provides input on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources.

  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and respond with agility to changing business priorities.

  • Develop and monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets in order to ensure consistency with overall strategic IT objectives.

  • Leverage influencing and negotiation skills across IT and the enterprise to enable cost-effective and innovative shared solutions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends in order to be competitive in the market.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT leadership team to design an efficient workforce with multi-faceted competencies including both business knowledge and technical skills. Mentor the Infrastructure & Operations leadership team.

  • Serve on IT planning and policymaking committees; drive the development of enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure the Infrastructure & Operations unit delivers value to the enterprise.

Pay Range:$256,000 - $360,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
