The Opportunity
As a Sr. Maintenance Technician in the Facilities team, you are coordinating and assisting a wide range of operations connected with the repair and maintenance of building equipment and systems. You are troubleshooting and repairing HVAC building systems, water pump troubleshooting and repairs, and air compressor system operations and troubleshooting in a highly regulated cGMP manufacturing facility. Also, you are:
- Documenting maintenance activities using SAP or mobile CMMS. Knowledge of automated Building Management Systems
- Completing corrective and preventative tasks per SAP. Complete work-orders in SAP and maintain training requirements on time.
- Reading operator manuals, blue prints and technical schematics.
- Correcting building plumbing issues with fixtures and drainage piping systems
- Assisting in the inspection, testing, repairing and removal of chemical process equipment inculding instruments, electrical and /or mechanical componenets.
Who You Are
- You hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3-4 years experience in industrial facility maintenance or equivalent (troubleshooting industrial mechanical systems and electrical systems; GMP, clean room environment) is required
- 6 years work related experience is preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license to drive a company vehicle (pick-up truck).

- Ability to enter confined spaces, to perform Lock-Out Tag-Out, to climb ladders and to wear a fall protection harness.
- Flexibility to work on weekends when needed for quarterly shut-downs or emergency repairs as well a to work over time to complete critical repairs during the day.
- Ability to go off-site once or twice a year for training.

The expected salary range for this position based on New Jersey is$56,400 - $104,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
