About the Role:
The Senior Ariba Systems Coordinator would be responsible for supporting the Ariba Systems Manager with support issues for the P2P, Sourcing and Spend Visibility modules within the Ariba system. PVH is using the Ariba platform and is expanding its support structure to meet SLA’s. Communication skills are essential working with Ariba support and internal IT to resolve system and/or data related issues. This candidate will also learn and understand the Sourcing and Spend Visibility modules to better assist the Procurement team with evaluating PVH’s spend with indirect suppliers.
What You'll Do:
Assist Ariba Manager with deployment of projects and enhancements
Complete projects of intermediate scale and complexity with little supervision
Ensure SOX compliance by reviewing and supporting audit activities
Configure custom approval flows to meet business requirements
Review Ariba Quarterly Release to understand upcoming features to improve user experience
Develop end user training materials and conduct training throughout the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders, management, Ariba Manager, IT and Ariba on major issue and resolution
Build and maintain catalogs, Cif, CDF and punchout catalog types
Identify opportunities for process improvement driving overall efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and achievement of goals
Monitor data import and export activities and understand Error Messages
Establish defect tracking process, issue resolution and escalation procedures
Manage user and supplier database, view audit log, review scheduled tasks to support the software modules
Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers, promote supplier training and settle supplier inquiries
Proficient in Ariba Spend Visibility module for budget and forecast opportunities
What You'll Bring:
Experience and proficiency with Ariba Procure to Pay, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Spend Analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Project Management and critical thinking skills
Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently
Gives attention to detail and follows instruction
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience:
- 3+ years business experience
Education:
- College Degree Required
