The Revenue Management Senior Systems engineer position is a critical IT role needed support our platform (Model N Flex).

Responsibilities

• Establishing yourself as a trusted IT technical engineer who can represent the US Revenue Management IT function and contribute to its overall success

• Playing an active role in ensuring our technical foundation remains stable while also providing scalability for growth.

• Understand key business processes develop mechanisms to streamline business processes through technology

• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to define and prioritize projects and support critical business needs and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience with Model N Flex Revenue Management System

• Vendor management experience is preferred

• 5-8 years IT/Industry Experience

• 5-8+ years of experience supporting, maintaining, and facilitating upgrades to Revenue Management applications, data management processes and data integration platforms

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing system projects

• 5+ years of hands-on technical development and back-end support

• The ability to balance between day-to-day support needs and long-term project initiatives

• An ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to facilitate discussions and drive toward quick decisions.

• Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills required.

• Technical Skills:

• Web-based technologies (HTML, XML, etc)

• Writing PL/SQL (stored procedures, queries, etc).

• Knowledge using SQL Plus, SQL Developer

• Oracle database technologies materialized view, explain plan etc.

• Creating and reviewing ETL design and mapping specifications documents

This is a hybrid role - 3 days reporting to the Bridgewater office, 2 days remote.
