We are seeking a skilled SAP Core Process Manager for our Record to Report (RTR) team to enhance our financial reporting and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Leadership:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core RTR processes within SAP S/4HANA.

  • Define best practices and standards for RTR processes, including COPA, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Fixed Assets, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align RTR processes, including profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, and asset management, with business objectives.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with financial strategies.

  • System Configuration and Management:

  • Oversee the configuration and optimization of SAP RTR modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, COPA, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Fixed Assets.

  • Manage system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding of RTR processes, including profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, and fixed asset management in SAP.

  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices and process improvements across these areas.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of RTR processes, including project financials, asset management metrics, and profitability analysis.

  • Analyze process performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet business goals.

  • Change Management:

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process updates and system upgrades.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate changes and gather feedback from users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes, with a focus on process management and improvement in COPA, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Fixed Assets.

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP S/4HANA functionalities.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), or related modules is a plus.
