As Regional Head of Investigations and Monitoring, North America within our Ethics and Business Integrity group, you’ll lead a team and collaborate with Global E&BI, Legal, People & Culture, Finance and other functional and business areas to detect, investigate and remediate concerns.

Integral parts of this role include effectively analyzing and communicating results, findings, and themes to management, working with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans, and facilitating/promoting multiple ways to report concerns.

The role will report to the VP, E&BI, North America and Global Specialty Care.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Investigations, Monitoring & Helpline process and teams

  • Prioritize multiple investigations, investigative tasks, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various senior stakeholders

  • Integrate process digitalization and automation

  • Effectively and regularly communicate results, findings, themes and improvement opportunities to executives

  • Work collaboratively with members of the global EB&I team to continuously improve Sanofi’s compliance program.

  • Support the North America and Global Specialty Care E&BI Officer by helping to continuously improve the compliance program.

  • Travel to Sanofi North America sites: 10-20%

About you

  • JD preferred

  • Experience in Life sciences/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare (in-house) required.

  • Proven experience leading and managing Assurance, Investigations or Monitoring functions focused on issues such as bribery, corruption, healthcare compliance, fraud and/or white-collar investigations.

  • Experience in managing e-Discovery platform/s, data analytics, and forensic investigations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a large, matrixed organization
