Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager Customer Relationship Management to create and drive customer relationship management plans across multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities include maximizing new customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will define messaging strategies, deliver insights to drive sales, retention, and LTV (Lifetime Value) , as well as possess strong CRM systems and brand marketing expertise. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Director of Growth, the position will establish and execute customer communication strategies. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to all applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois , Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM management across the portfolio for efficiency and communication effectiveness

  • Lead annual strategy, revenue, and budget planning for CRM by brand & manage monthly actuals with brand and finance

  • Manage CRM vendor and account relationships to drive team understanding and use of vendor capabilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, briefing, execution, and measurement of key brands in the portfolio

  • Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and content strategy

  • Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies to support brand initiatives

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reporting and insights on CRM activities and performance

  • Develop and optimize automation programs to drive consumer engagement and purchase

  • Plan and execute Email and SMS campaigns and automations for assigned brands

  • Manage a team of two full time employees and one contractor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience with brand/consumer strategies, lifecycle marketing, and Email/SMS marketing

  • Proven experience in CRM management and customer segmentation

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms (Klaviyo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills to review program metrics and measure business impact

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce best practices preferred

  • Data analysis skillset and knowledge of analytical tools (PowerBI)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team

  • Has a natural ability to solve problems and takes proactive actions to achieve results

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000- $120,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
