The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Java Full Stack Lead w/AWS to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. Location: Bridgewater - NJ USA, CLT
Responsibilities:
- Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
- Design and develop software using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Hands on AWS experience in EKS, ECS, AWS Lambda, Terraform, AWS Aurora Postgres, AWS logging and monitoring using Datadog, AWS Security groups, AWS MSK(Kafka)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
- Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experienced with AWS cloud technologies
- No-SQL database experience is good to have - DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra etc.
- Build and deployment tools like Jules and Jenkins
- Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
- Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving
- Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,800- $143,300 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
