• Shape the vision/roadmap and guide the team in delivering products/platforms/features

• Shape and prioritize backlog

• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Resource management

• Work closely with the platform/product manager to establish the products business value

• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders

• Must have the ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and foster collaboration.

• Must have experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision

• Proficiency in leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and solving problems..

• Experience working with demanding stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Experience cloud technologies, data analytics and big data required, Databricks is nice to have
