Job Description

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a polished, technically savvy, and client-facing Project Manager for our Digital Marketing Practice. This role offers excellent growth potential, exposure to cutting-edge projects, and the opportunity to work with high-profile brands. The Project Manager will lead marketing-oriented projects, detailing deliverables, estimating timelines, and planning resources. You will oversee projects from approval through successful delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining client satisfaction.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interactive/web projects.

• Prior experience in an advertising agency or professional services environment is a plus.

• Financial services marketing experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, level of effort, and cost estimates using tools like Microsoft Project.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to oversee the design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and websites.

• Update and revise project schedules to maintain accurate forecasts.

• Assign tasks to team members and balance workload in a deadline-driven environment.

• Manage quality assurance and acceptance testing processes.

• Document client requirements and facilitate weekly client status calls and reporting.

• Record and reconcile time tracking against the project.

• Maintain knowledge of clients' business, competitors, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Solid understanding of the marketing lifecycle and/or software development lifecycle.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects.
