Job Description
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a polished, technically savvy, and client-facing Project Manager for our Digital Marketing Practice. This role offers excellent growth potential, exposure to cutting-edge projects, and the opportunity to work with high-profile brands. The Project Manager will lead marketing-oriented projects, detailing deliverables, estimating timelines, and planning resources. You will oversee projects from approval through successful delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining client satisfaction.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interactive/web projects.
Prior experience in an advertising agency or professional services environment is a plus.
Financial services marketing experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, level of effort, and cost estimates using tools like Microsoft Project.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to oversee the design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and websites.
Update and revise project schedules to maintain accurate forecasts.
Assign tasks to team members and balance workload in a deadline-driven environment.
Manage quality assurance and acceptance testing processes.
Document client requirements and facilitate weekly client status calls and reporting.
Record and reconcile time tracking against the project.
Maintain knowledge of clients' business, competitors, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of the marketing lifecycle and/or software development lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Risk identification, assessment, and communication.
