We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity with our client in the Bridgewater NJ area for a Data Entry Clerk. This role is a great steppingstone into a well-known company. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary role will be to manage and process data with accuracy and efficiency. You will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date records and responding to inquiries related to data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into the system.

• Efficiently process data related tasks.

• Manage and maintain up-to-date data records.

• Respond promptly and accurately to data-related inquiries.

• Utilize office tools for data processing and management.

• Review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy.

• Uphold data privacy and adhere to industry data standards.

• Ensure the integrity of the data entered into the system.

• Monitor and report any discrepancies in the data entries.

Requirements

• Demonstrable proficiency in Data Entry

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent typing skills with high speed and accuracy

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Familiarity with the use of office equipment such as fax machines and scanners

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Willingness to learn new software and systems related to data entry and management

• Basic understanding of databases

• Good mathematical skills for accurate data compilation and verification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
