Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team temporarily. This role will cover for the current Administrative Assistant who will be away for a few months. The position is expected to run through the end of the year, with a possibility of extending into the next year, but could also be just a 2-month need.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact into the company.

  • Provide administrative support for various departments.

  • Complete expense reporting for the COO and VP of HR using Concur.

  • Assist the sales team in preparing PowerPoint slides.

  • Order office supplies as needed.

  • Coordinate and support company meetings and events.

  • Unlock and lock the main door daily.

  • Perform scanning and filing tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate setting.

  • Experience completing expense reports, preferably using Concur.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Concur for expense reporting.

Work Environment

This position is 100% in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The role is based at our Global Headquarters, which houses 60 employees.
