We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk, handling incoming calls, directing client inquiries, maintaining office filing systems and assisting with payroll processing. Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required -Bookkeeping knowledge and experience preferred -Excellent communication skills and attention to detail -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
