Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team located in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will be providing administrative support and coordination to enhance our workplace services. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient management of inventory supplies

• Maintain and utilize the work order system effectively

• Assist with the management of employee badging needs

• Provide concierge reception/switchboard and conference meeting room services

• Support the Workplace Experience team in various administrative tasks including expense management, meeting coordination, and equipment care

• Maintain and manage databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery

• Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors that provide services and goods to the office

• Ensure all vendors used have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation in place as per requirements

• Provide occasional backup for reception duties as required. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Familiarity with Documentation processes

• Experience with Database management

• Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures

• Proficient in Receptionist Duties

• Experience dealing with Vendors

• Understanding of Check Processing procedures

• Comfortable working in a Digital environment

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in Facilities Management

• Ability to handle Complaints professionally and effectively

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Strong Coordination skills

• Experience in providing Concierge Services

• Familiarity with Contractual obligations and procedures

• Experience with Switchboard Operations

• Ability to Maintain Relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Experience in Expense Management

• Ability to pass Drug Test

• Experience in Meeting Coordination

• Knowledge of Supply Management

• Familiarity with Service delivery procedures
