Manager, Talent Acquisition

What you’ll do:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies for the organization within a Shared Services environment. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the organization’s goals. • Collaborate with HSC Talent Acquisition team to build a strong employer brand to attract top talent across various functions. • Identify and utilize innovative recruitment and onboarding methods and tools to source candidates and increase employee experience. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and monitor ongoing experience throughout employee lifecycle. • Leverage recruitment and onboarding technology to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition and onboarding. • Regularly assess and improve the onboarding process to enhance new hire engagement and retention. • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment and onboarding process. • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruiting and onboarding techniques. • Monitor teams’ communication with new hires to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes. • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment and onboarding activity, outcomes, and trends to Director, Talent Acquisition. • Continuously improve the recruitment process based on data-driven insights. • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and facility staff throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Support AVP, Talent Acquisition in hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
What you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years recruiting experience.
