Jr Project Manager

What you’ll do:
Jr Project Manager, is responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects aligned with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute optimization strategies to maximize employee productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with workstreams lead and stakeholders to align strategies with business goals, ensuring that project resources are effectively allocated to meet project objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement and adapt project management methodologies and best practices to streamline project processes and enhance team productivity
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, inspiring cross-functional teams to exceed project objectives and deliver exceptional results
- Identify and analyze data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Interface directly with project stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines
- Provide project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports; may provide education or training on results and solutions to impacted stakeholders.
- Drive day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of work
- Track project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to analyze and communicate organizational performance
- Develop high-level reports for executive management
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Information:
- Position primarily serves internal co-workers.
- Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
What you’ll need:
Education: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineer-ing, Healthcare Management/Administration, Business or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field along with relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing major software systems with focus on ERP system.
- 5 years’ experience using a structured systems deployment methodology AND managing small projects or as a team lead on large projects. (Preferred)
- Proven track record in project management, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to deliv-ery, and ensuring seamless operational workflow
- Proven experience in operational scheduling, project management
Certifications:PMP, Six Sigma (Preferred)
