Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Kronos Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Kronos software. This role requires a strong understanding of Kronos functionalities and the ability to implement custom solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure Kronos applications to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain custom workflows and business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Implement and configure Kronos modules such as Time & Attendance, Payroll, and HR.

Integrate Kronos with other systems and applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos applications.

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Kronos solutions.

Stay updated with Kronos software updates and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Expereince as a Kronos Developer/Analyst

Strong knowledge of Kronos software and its modules.

Experience with custom programming, BPM products, and RPA tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. null
