JOB SUMMARY

Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• Schedules movements via various distribution channels through use of propriety and thirdparty scheduling systems.

• Responds to unexpected events making contingency arrangements to minimize disruption of product supply.

• Ensures relevant data is captured accurately and recorded, including International Documentation.

• Communicates and verifies planned movements as well as status with traders, optimizers, transportation counterparties, external counterparties, producers, marketers, terminals, vessels, and pipelines.

• Establishes and sustains industry relationships pertaining to supply, transportation, and logistical issues.
