We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, a communicator, and thrive in a supportive role, we encourage you to . Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Coordinate internal communications, ensuring smooth information flow within the organization.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team and ensure the smooth running of the office.
