work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and proper approval.

• Payment Processing: Schedule and prepare payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.

• Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, handling inquiries, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure proper ledger maintenance.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and support audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions, supporting efficient retrieval and audit processes.

• Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
