Do you have billing or reconciliation experience and basic Excel skills? Then this is the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a Client Billing Operations Rep. to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will complete billing and reconciliation for a wide array of clients, working within Excel spreadsheets daily. When issues arise, you will evaluate the situation, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations team and/or the client. You will keep the billing database updated and current, and act as a liaison between the Printing Production department and Client Relations team. Pay Rate: $18/hour. Responsibilities
Complete daily and monthly reconciliation of production output to generate billing data Act as a liaison between Production and the Client Relations teams Interact with multiple production systems to ensure client instructions are communicated downstream Complete work with accuracy above speed, and escalate if the (Service Level Agreement) SLA cannot be met. Evaluate basic situations, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations and/or the client to ensure movement of output. Request assistance as needed from higher level teammates The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week working weekends
