*This will be a 2nd shift position. Typical hours are expected to be 2:30-11:00PM CST, weekend and holiday availability is also needed*

Position Purpose: Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers.

• Create and manage production processes and quality standards

• Create and maintain production schedule

• Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design

• Maintain production machines

• Manage and train production staff

• Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour
