Description

Are you looking to jump-start your career in accounting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time - Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our client in Discovery Bay ! This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance, and to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests.

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and account reconciliations.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.

  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus but not required.
