Overview:

Local Apartment Complex is  looking for help in their leasing office. Must have great customer service and a very professional demeanor. Experience with Apartment Home move ins and outs, leasing or property management is preferred. Able to answer general questions related to what is allowed by apartment complex such as animals allowed, sizes of apartment homes and rates. This person would be responsible for providing home tours, responding to residents, and corresponding with potential tenants.  

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Answering phones
• Greeting customers and residence
• Answering property related questions
• Showing apartments to potential residents

REQUIREMENTS:

Hours/Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

*Needing someone for at least 2 weeks, potential for temp to hire if a good fit. *

Pay: $20.00/hour
