Job Description
We are looking for* help* in our fast growing glass business as a Customer Service Representative.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Full-time hire: Monday -- Friday 9:00am -- 5:00pm
Also open to hiring part-time, internship, or summer help within the above listed hours

Job Duties: All aspects of quality customer service, phone use, scheduling appointments using our quote/scheduling system. Measuring and quoting glass brought in by customers. We are a glass company, we quote, replace and repair all glass. This is not a receptionist job, it is much more!
*Qualifications: * Basic computer knowledge. Automotive knowledge preferred, but not required. Plate residential/commercial glass knowledge is preferred, but not required. Construction/contract experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-pace environment. Basically the position will be yours and you as valuable as the value you bring to the company. Moving and staging vehicles is a possibility, as is windshield/glass repairs.
