About the Role Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a full-time Business Analyst to work a hybrid schedule at our Harborside location in Bremerton, WA. The Digital Banking Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into technology solutions within the digital banking space. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and enhancing digital banking platforms to meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, compliance, and customer service, to deliver high-quality, innovative digital banking solutions. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTIBILITIES * Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for digital banking solutions. * Analyze existing digital banking platforms, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct gap analysis and recommend new functionalities, process changes, or system upgrades. * Solution Design & Documentation: * Work with IT teams and developers to design solutions that meet business requirements. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories. * Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. * Project Management Support: * Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to digital banking initiatives. * Collaborate with the project management office (PMO) to track project progress and ensure timely delivery. * Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the solutions meet the defined requirements. * Stakeholder Communication: * Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors. * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights, clarify requirements, and communicate project updates. * Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project changes and impacts on business operations. * Market Research & Analysis: * Keep up to date with digital banking trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. * Perform competitive analysis and assess market opportunities to guide strategic decisions. * Provide insights on customer behavior, regulatory changes, and industry shifts that could impact digital banking solutions. * Risk Management & Compliance: * Ensure th To vie
