Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. Maintenance Stockroom Coordinator (M-F, 12PM - 8PM) in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R3872 DESCRIPTION includes the following along with other duties as assigned. Attendance is an essential function of this position. Maintain stockroom in a neat and organized fashion to support the needs of the Lehigh Valley facility. Ensures the integrity of the inventory management system. (Maximo) Picks up, stores and delivers supplies and / or materials. Initiate purchase order requests to maintain optimal stocks as directed by min/max levels using the computerized maintenance management system (Maximo). Fulfill parts requests pulling from stock as appropriate and special-order parts as needed. Maintain stockroom records; this includes documenting receipts, issues, quantities on hand and quantities on order through the Maximo system. Request price quotes within Ocean Spray guidelines. Perform cycle counts of stockroom on a regular basis. Interact with vendors as needed. Inspection of incoming materials and resolution of quality defects and quantity discrepancies with appropriate parties. Drive forklift as required. Maintain security of the stockroom and materials stored within it. Pick up parts and facilitating movement of other company items as needed. Maintain good GMP's in the outside storage areas (i.e. drum storage area). Stay up to date on regulatory training. Analyze parts usage and supply trends to maximize efficiency. Serve as a Technical Resource to mechanics by offering them alternative parts when necessary and solutions to problems. Identify stocking requirements, obsolete parts, reorder points, recommended inventory parts for new assets, etc. Participate in team process and maintain good customer, supplier, and employee relationships. Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. Keep a detailed account of maintenance spending, providing weekly reports to Engineering/Tech Services Manager and Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance budget is visible to key stakeholders. Learn basic computer skills as needed (i.e. e-mail, Maximo, OEE). Assist other mechanics and electricians as required. Participate in team process and maintain good relationship with other teams.
