Compensation
$125,000- $165,000
Mission
Supervises the completion of responses to calls for tenders within his/her scope and monitors customer relations. Guarantees the quality of the studies and the conformity of the response files to calls for tenders.
Main Responsibilities
Monitorscurrent and future projects
Participates in the targeting and selection of calls for tenderswith the Operational Unit Manager
Schedules studiesaccording to the establishment's priorities
Coordinates the successful execution of the studieswith the employees concerned
Directs the technical and financial optimizationsof the project, the offer strategy and the risks and opportunities
Validates and ensures the editorial qualityof the technical files with the competent departments of the territory
Controls the monitoring of the file until signing of the contract: technical and financial negotiations, dunning, etc.
Ensures or supervises the signingof the successful files to the Operations
Ensures a sales relationship with customers, partners and suppliers
Promotes relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operationsupstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalise on feedback.
Manages aDesign Office team
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience
With a significant experience in the Studies or Operation/Projects sector
