Job Description:

Position Summary:

Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives at Envista Headquarters in Brea, CA and must be in commutable distance to Brea, CA. At times, this role will also provide support to members of their teams. This role requires an initiative-taking, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.

  • Coordinate travel and meeting logistics.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion in alignment with leaders’ and organization’s goals.

  • Complete expense reports

  • Handle sensitive information with high integrity and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Work flexible hours as needed.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create effective reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage tasks or projects with multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate and pro-actively identify the needs of multiple executives; experience trouble shooting to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Domestic and international travel booking experience, including arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

  • Demonstrated collegiality, team orientation, positive attitude, common sense, determination, and ongoing desire to learn, grow and contribute.

  • Meeting planning and event management experience

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other Executive Assistants on staff.

  • Ability to work full-time (5 days per week), onsite in a corporate environment.

Job Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelors’ Degree or 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in lieu of education.

  • Minimum 4+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$35.80 - $53.60 per hour
