Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist who is well-versed in eCommerce strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving our online sales and marketing efforts to new heights. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of our eCommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage eCommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance online customer experience and drive revenue growth.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface.

• Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Communicate effectively with both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, providing clear updates and reports on project progress.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in eCommerce operations.

• Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.

  Requirements

• Experience in the home goods industry.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

• Experience with supply chain and logistics processes in an eCommerce setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on eCommerce, preferably in a consumer goods industry.

• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is required.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
