Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (M-F 2:30pm-12am & Saturday 8 hours)

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $21/hr.

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to produce machined parts according to blueprints and specifications.

• Understand and utilize drawings, manuals, and work instructions to determine dimensions and tolerances.

• Start and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.

• Verify the conformance of finished work-pieces to specifications.

• Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• A minimum of 0-3 years related industrial machine shop experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
