ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Brea, California
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (M-F 2:30pm-12am & Saturday 8 hours)
Location: Brea, CA
Pay Range: $21/hr.
What's the Job?
Operate equipment to produce machined parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Understand and utilize drawings, manuals, and work instructions to determine dimensions and tolerances.
Start and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Verify the conformance of finished work-pieces to specifications.
Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 0-3 years related industrial machine shop experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
