The Enterprise ,Small and Medium Business Management Organization is the engine of Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group’s growth strategy, delivering best-in-class business management and transformative go-to-market solutions.
In this position you will:
Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against organizational goals.
Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting systems to improve visibility and accessibility of business data.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Category, Strategy, and Operations teams to address performance gaps and implement improvements.
Lead cross-functional programs aimed at driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Assist in preparing business reviews, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
Support pricing and P&L analysis to ensure financial discipline and profitability.
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or related fields.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience working in a global or regional organization with cross-functional teams is preferred.
Knowledge of pricing and P&L analysis within a commercial environment is an advantage.

For Slovakia only : Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
