You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Act as first point of contact in TMS related communications with Alpega with special attention to major service disruption events

  • Maintains and supervises process automations within Alpega TMS environment

  • Orchestrates testing activities prior to regular TMS upgrades. Proposes Alpega's standard product development items with efficiency potential to LCC for roll-out

  • System and digitalization Agenda

  • Leads and tracks the 'Systems' agenda in LCC's annual productivity programme

  • Contributes to the 'barriers to execution' removal agenda from the system & projects area

  • Seeks for cross-department efficiency initiatives through system integrations and automations.

  • Initiates, develops, plans, oversees and executes projects with incremental productivity potential.

  • Create a Power BI cockpit to manage and track operations

  • Provides technical support and assistance to Masterdata team

  • System maintenance and support

  • Supports the LCC extension scenarios in case of acquisitions an divestitures

  • Actively searches for EU funded project initiatives and proposes MDLZ participation in case of fitment to project scope

  • Other

  • The above scope might be extended in order to maintain congruence with changing strategy & expansion of the LCC

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in project management methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines

  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery

  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making

  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners

  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving

Requirements:

  • University degree (MBA or Master)

  • Min 5 years of experience in IT project management

  • Microsoft Office advanced (esp. Excel), English fluency, strong communication and presentation skills

  • SAP R/3, Power BI and Any TMS knowledge is an advantage
