Description

  • Administrative support of Market access (HEMAR) and Governmental affairs departments.

  • Act as office coordinator & administrative support to managing director.

  • Ensures timely delivery of administrative tasks, creating a positive and proactive working environment.

  • HEMAR and GAPA Contract management & Administration - Provides support during the implementation of contract administration processes and contract management systems. Executes tasks for contracting and follows established processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Ensures all contract-related information is recorded in the organization’s contract management system to drive efficient and effective contract management. Monitors contract management processes and identifies process improvements and optimizations.

  • Administrative and office management support to the General Manager, such as organization of internal company meetings, support with teambuilding events etc.

  • administrative support to HEMAR and Government Affairs and Patient Advocacy teams, such as support with internal processing the projects and events of both departments, communication with backoffice,

  • Administrative, Leadership team support and office coordination

  • conducting other tasks/administrative tasks upon request

  • Adhere to team processes, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with appropriate local, EMEA and global SOPs

  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards, including compliance with Slovak law, pharma industry Code of Conduct and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson HCBI rules

  • Support the development of team processes to ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with appropriate local, EMEA and global SOPs

  • Answer requests from health care professionals, payers; horizon scanning bodies, members of the public and internal customers concerning market access, health economic and real-world data associated with their allocated brand(s) in a timely manner

  • Fulfill other tasks or duties set by direct manager

Qualifications

  • High level of PC skills

  • Between 1 and 3 years of similar relevant professional experience is required

  • Experience of using complex Tools and Systems is required

  • Experiences with project production

  • Fluent English and Slovak

  • Communication competences

  • Flexibility, Consistency, Accuracy, Responsibility
