What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
REPORTING on FINANCIAL DATA and KPI’s
Developing dashboards and visualizations of key financial data and KPI’s across AP, AR and General Ledger
Extracting and analyzing financial data from numerous sources to identify financial trends, issues and opportunities
Periodic reporting of key financial data and KPI’s
Assisting with issue resolution and standardization of processes and financial data
Track objectives and opportunities for process improvements in AP, AR and General Ledger
Actively supporting delivery of identified process improvements
Assist in the research and analysis of general ledger account balances
SUPPORTING INTERCOMPANY CENTER of EXCELLENCE
Standardizing preliminary and final Intercompany reconciliations for assigned locations
Support accurate and timely reporting of intercompany balances to our partners
Reconcile Intercompany AP and AR balances of entities from different business segments and propose actions for differences between IC balances
Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team.
Monitors pending Intercompany requests (either Sending or Receiving) and provides status updates to parties who will need to action such requests
Identify process rules and monitor IC standards. Participate in implementing quality or compliance requirements, process improvements and standardization
Regularly update process documentations
Support the identification and strategy for end-to-end Intercompany solutions in partnership with cross functional teams.
Interaction with key segment business partners.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance, IT required
3+ years experience in an international environment
Advanced English skills
Very proficient in Excel, experience with MS Power platform is highly desirable
Experience with M3, SAP or a similar ERP package
Proven experience with extracting and validating complex datasets and producing visualizations
1 to 2 years experience of using data tools (incl. Snowflake, Tableau, etc) highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete complex analysis, evaluate data, and present findings and improvement opportunities to colleagues in a simple way
Ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals at all levels of the Organization
The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Proven Lean and digital mindset
